  • EVENTS: TEXAS WOMEN IN THE WOODS WORKSHOP

    Texas A&M Forest Service is partnering with the Texas Wildlife Association to host a Texas Women in the Woods Virtual Workshop. This free workshop features knowledgeable speakers discussing topics such as forest health, use of fire on the landscape and soil and water conservation considerations. Join us for an opportunity to network with fellow women landowners from across the state and ask questions to the speakers in a panel discussion.

    The event will be held on Friday, May 21st from 9 AM to 12:30 PM hosted over Microsoft Teams. If you are new to using this video conferencing application, information will be provided leading up to the event on downloading and using the platform. Whether you are actively managing your property, or new to the concepts of land management, there will certainly be something for you to learn and take away from this virtual event!
