Who Should Attend EXPO

More About EXPO

In its inaugural year, the Texas Woodland and Wildlife Expo was born out of a partnership between Texas Forest Service, U.S. Forest Service, Texas Parks & Wildlife and Texas AgriLife Extension.

Texas Forest Service previously organized Texas Forest Expo, an annual event designed to reach out to East Texas landowners. But as the event grew in size and success, organizers decided it was time to broaden the focus.

The goal: Create a true one-stop-shop for homeowners and landowners in Texas. And that’s just what we did.

Want to attract more wildlife to your tract of land? Install a rainwater collection system on your property? Restore native plants and grasses to your plot? We’ve got the answers to all your questions! While you’re there, take a free classes, visit scores of information booths and watch the live demonstrations. And don’t forget to stop by our Family Outdoor Zone, where your kids can climb a rock wall, take a look at a live Screech Owl and learn how to kayak.

So join us May 1-2, 2010, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the Texas Woodland & Wildlife Expo. You won’t want to miss it!
