    Exit 81 off I-45, Go West for 1.5 miles and Education building on right with parking
    Coming from Magnolia on FM 1488, Go past SH 242/College Park Drive intersection, 2 miles on left and Education building on left with
    Limited Session: 25 total people

    Kids and their caregivers. Please try to have one to one ratio kid to adult.

    No Cell Phones or place on Airplane Mode


    SHINRIN-YOKU - FOREST BATHING - NATURE & FOREST THERAPY

    ‪Whatever the name may be, the goal is to increase physiological relaxation.
    Leading the class will be Cynthia Scott, BCTMB, MTI, CLT
    Meet at Jones State Forest Environmental Classroom

    • 8:45 a.m. Participate in Pre-Survey
    • 9:00 a.m. Introductions, Restrooms, Safety
    • 9:15 a.m. (45-minute saunter Jones State Forest with Cynthia)
    • 11:00 a.m. Return to participate in Post-Survey

    Partnering with Arbor Day Foundation, Lone Star College-Montgomery, U.S. Forest Service, Woodsy Owl Conservation Corps, and Lone Star Family Health Center

    Senses: sight, smell, taste, touch, sound
