The China Spring Volunteer Fire Department responds to many rural emergencies, and the 4,000-gallon tender will allow it to assist at more emergency scenes.
Scott Needler, China Spring VFD Fire Chief, and the rest of the department would like to thank Texas A&M Forest Service for the grant. They would also like to thank the community for the ongoing support.

China Spring VFD is in need of new members. Interested parties can call (855) VOL-FIRE or find more information about volunteering at volunteerfirefighter.org.
