Evening Walk - April 29, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lick Creek Park in College Station.
Forest therapy walks offer an immersive experience of the mental and physical healing abilities of forests and nature through sensory exploration and walking meditation with the forest. Forest therapy walks, guided by a certified professional, explore our natural world from different perspectives, including our world at rest and in motion. After the walks, participants often report a heightened sense of relaxation and connection to the world around them.
Interested attendees should RSVP Morgan Abbott (morgan.abbott@tfs.tamu.edu) with:
- The date of the walk you will be attending
- Number of people attending
- Ages of people in your group
- Your contact information
- Any other relevant information that you think she should know prior to the walk.
